Kesz Valdez won the International Children’s Peace Prize award last year for the service he has given to kids like him: children who have had to grow up on streets, in landfills; working for their families because of many reasons.
This Saturday, the teen shares his life story with Magpakailanman host Mel Tiangco, on what his life was before, on meeting the teacher who would change his life, and who he has become now. The Kesz Valdez story is an inspiring story on how people can change for the better, on how they in turn can cause change in others as well.
Featuring child actor Vincent Magbanua in the dramatization of Kesz’s life story, the episode is written by Onay Sales and directed by Dondon Santos. The episode also stars Sheena Halili, Paolo Contis, Ana Capri, Efren Penaflorida, and a very dramatic Benjie Paras.
Magpakailanman airs tonight, after Kap’s Amazing Stories.
